Ordering

How do I place an order?: Browse our trophies or display stands, then send an enquiry via the contact form. Tell Andrew what you need — the product, your engraving text, quantity, and deadline — and he'll come back with a quote within 24 hours.
Can I order just one item, or do I need to buy in bulk?: We do both. Individual items are welcome — whether it's a single memorial plaque or one display stand. Bulk orders for sporting clubs and events are available with quantity discounts.
Do you engrave items I already own?: Yes. Send us a message describing what you have and what you'd like engraved, and Andrew will let you know if it's suitable and provide a quote.
How do I provide my logo or design?: You can upload a file directly on the contact form (PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF up to 5MB). Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) give the best results for engraving. If you only have a photo of a logo, we'll do our best to reproduce it — just mention it in the message.
What file format works best for engraving?: Vector files are ideal — SVG, AI, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG (at least 300 dpi) also work well. If you're unsure, upload what you have and Andrew will advise.

How much do trophies and medals cost?: Pricing depends on the trophy style, size, and engraving complexity. As a rough guide: medals typically start from around $8–15 each, trophies from $15–60+ depending on height and material. Bulk orders attract discounts. Send an enquiry for an exact quote.
How much does custom engraving cost?: Simple text engraving on a plaque or gift item typically starts from around $20–40. More complex work — logos, detailed artwork, custom cutting — is quoted individually. There's no charge for the quote.
How much are the display stands?: Nintendo Game & Watch display stands are $15.50–$16.50 each depending on the model. They're ready-made and can be ordered directly from the Shop page.
Are there bulk discounts?: Yes. Orders of 10+ trophies or medals typically attract a discount. Mention your quantity in the enquiry and Andrew will include it in the quote.

How long does an order take?: Most custom engraving orders are completed within 3–5 business days once the design is approved. Urgent orders for upcoming events can sometimes be accommodated — mention your deadline in the enquiry and Andrew will do his best.
Do you ship Australia-wide?: Yes. We ship to all states and territories via Australia Post or a tracked courier service. Postage cost depends on the size and weight of the order and your location.
How much does shipping cost?: Shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. Andrew will include postage in your quote. As a rough guide, small orders (1–5 medals) typically ship for $10–15, larger orders more.
Do you offer local pickup?: Yes — we're based in Sanctuary Point, NSW 2540. If you're in the Shoalhaven area, local pickup is available by arrangement. Just mention it in your enquiry.
Can I track my order?: Yes. Once your order is dispatched, Andrew will send you the tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

What materials can you engrave?: We engrave on a wide range of materials including acrylic, wood (bamboo, MDF, hardwood), metal (brass, steel, aluminium), leather, glass, and stone. If you have a specific material in mind, ask and we'll confirm.
Can you engrave a photo?: Yes. Photo engraving works best on anodised aluminium, wood, or acrylic. Results vary by material — Andrew can advise on what will look best for your image.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?: Absolutely. We regularly work with sporting clubs, schools, businesses, and event organisers. Corporate and bulk orders with consistent engraving are no problem — just include your quantity and deadline in the enquiry.
